Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on the Website infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) including all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail to locate it (for example, the exact URL on this Website);
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Reporting impersonation or misuse of a likeness
We prohibit deepfakes and any content that uses the likeness of a real, identifiable person. If you believe a generated character was made to resemble a specific real individual, report it to the Designated Agent with the URL and a description, and we will review and remove it where appropriate.

Counter-notification

Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
False claims
Note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
