These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SwipeTease (the "Website", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. You must be 18 or older

The Website contains sexually explicit, adult content and is intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the Website you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that it is legal for you to view adult content where you are located. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

2. Nature of the content — AI-generated, no real people

All content on the Website is 100% generated by artificial intelligence. Every person depicted is fictional and AI-generated. The Website contains no real performers, no real people, and no deepfakes of identifiable individuals. All depicted characters are generated as, and intended to portray, adults aged 18 or older. 3. License to use the Website

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• copy, download, scrape, redistribute, sell, or publicly display the content except as the Website explicitly allows;
• use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Website except as permitted by our robots.txt;
• reverse-engineer, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Website or its security;
• use the content to train machine-learning models without our written permission;
• misrepresent generated content as depicting a real person, or use it to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.

4. Intellectual property

The Website, its design, and the generated content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Accounts

You can use the Website without an account. If you create an optional account (for example, to sync liked videos), you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to upload or transmit malicious code, or to attempt to access content depicting minors or non-consenting real persons (no such content exists or is permitted here). Any attempt to do so will be reported where required by law.

7. Third-party links and advertising

The Website may display advertising or link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the courts of that location shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website.
